Returns

Returns are not accepted once an order has been confirmed, shipped, or delivered. This includes custom, personalised, or made-to-order items.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@nadova.store.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product
A description of the issue

Once the defect or issue is reviewed and confirmed by our team, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds

If your refund is approved due to a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases
